Hola Paul and Gloria,
I love the newsletter and your philosophy of living here. Rob and I have used Varso in the past and they do a good job. Nice folks. Also we used Costa Rica Contact for one of our car purchases in the past. They do a good job for newbies to avoid potential nightmares with car purchasing here. Anyway, keep up the good info.
